We start above minimum wage and all employees share in the tips generated in the dining room.
Presently, we are open four days a week, Wed. - Sat., for dinner only, but we may add Tuesday in the future.For our back kitchen
Cooks/Chefs
Cooks and chefs should have a minimum of 2 years experience cooking in a full-service restaurant.Experience in
Asian, ethnic and international cuisine is desirable.
Attention to detail, cleanliness and presentation a must.
We will train you to cook our vast variety of international cuisine.
You will be responsible for kitchen inventory, ordering food, portion control and other duties typical of a quality chef.
Wage commensurate with experience and skills.
Assistant Cook/Cook Trainee
Have some cooking experience?
Interested in assisting our cooks/chefs in preparation of unusual and interesting cuisine?
If so, you may be interested in training to becoming one of our assistant cooks.
You will learn to prepare vegetables, salads, meats, sea food, and deep-fried delicacies.
You'll assist the cook in preparation and cooking as well as keeping the kitchen and food storage areas clean.
Dishwashers
Become an integral part of our team by keeping our wide assortment of dishes, serving platters, pots and pans
and other dish and glassware sparkling clean.
You will operate our commercial dishwasher as well as wash some of our specialty dishes by hand.
You'll be responsible for proper cleaning, rinsing and sterilizing these items as well as cleaning, mopping and vacuuming the
restaurant and, generally, helping to keep us "squeeky" clean.
Our dishwashers have moved "up the line" to other jobs within the restaurant.
We consider this a very important job.

For our dining room
Servers
Are you a experienced fine dining server? Be our face to the world as one of our servers!
You will serve a wide variety of international foods, including the finest assortment of sushi items.
Knowledge of sushi, wines, beer and cocktails preferable.
You'll clean and prepare the dining room, stock beverages and set-up the items you will be using before opening.
You'll serve locals and travelers from around the world.
Customers will ask questions regarding sushi, wine, beer, cocktails as well as our international foods.
Appearance suitable for a fine dining establishment a must.
Pleasant disposition under busy restaurant conditions essential.
Training provided.
Bus Persons
Perhaps the most important job in our restaurant.
The bus person is the "eyes and ears" of the restaurant.
The "busser's" most important task is observing and being aware of the dining room, its changing flow and the needs of the customers.
The bus person helps clean and set-up the dining room, stocks beverages, assists the servers in cleaning and setting tables,
and serving some items.Ability to multi-task essential.
Appearance and demeanor must be consistant with a fine dining establishment.
Our bus persons have moved up to being servers.
Training provided.
