Restaurant Design:
The restaurant concept, design,
lighting and decor was designed by Ken and Vesta
Armstrong.
The sushi bar is made of Brazilian Cherry,
trimmed with African Wengi.
It was designed by Ken
Armstrong and constructed by local carpenter, Craig Curley
and finished by Ken Armstrong.
The dining tables are made
of Chinese Mahogany.
The “A-shaped” table in front of
the piano was designed by Ken Armstrong, constructed by
Craig Curley and finished by Didier Monath.
